General Fulfillment Overview

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the operational procedures, logistics workflows, transit expectations, and delivery parameters governing all orders and product shipments. We prioritize efficient warehouse handling, protective packaging, and reliable freight distribution to ensure product integrity across all dispatch routes.

Order Processing and Warehouse Timelines

Order processing begins immediately following successful payment verification and fraud security screening. Processing timelines vary based on order volume and distribution classifications:

  • Standard Processing: Standard inventory requests are processed, packed, and queued for logistics pickup within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
  • Wholesale & Bulk Orders: B2B wholesale fulfillments, palletized shipments, and large-scale distributor orders require extended processing times (typically 3 to 7 business days) to facilitate freight staging, pallet strapping, and commercial documentation preparation.
  • Peak Operational Periods: Processing timelines may experience minor adjustments during seasonal volume spikes, promotional surges, or warehouse inventory audits.

Shipping Methods and Freight Carriers

Shipments are dispatched utilizing vetted regional and international logistics partners, parcel services, and commercial freight carriers. Carrier selection is determined based on destination parameters, weight classifications, package dimensions, and shipment urgency.

1. Standard Parcel Delivery

Utilized primarily for individual sets, sample units, and compact retail packaging. Parcel deliveries offer door-to-door tracking and standard transit speeds.

2. LTL and Commercial Freight

Utilized for bulk wholesale orders exceeding standard parcel carrier weight limits. Freight deliveries may require commercial loading dock accessibility, liftgate scheduling, or specialized freight receiving procedures at the destination facility.

Shipping Rates and Calculation

Shipping fees and freight assessments are calculated dynamically based on total order weight, volumetric dimensions, destination postal codes, and selected service levels.

  • All applicable freight costs are detailed prior to final checkout or formalized within commercial wholesale invoicing.
  • Special handling fees, residential delivery surcharges, or liftgate additions requested by the recipient remain the sole financial responsibility of the purchasing entity.

Transit Times and Delivery Expectations

Estimated transit durations provided during checkout or within logistics communications represent operational estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Factors outside direct operational control—including weather disruptions, customs clearance delays, regional carrier bottlenecks, or supply chain disruptions—may impact final delivery schedules.

Tracking and Shipment Monitoring

Upon dispatch from our distribution center, an automated shipping confirmation containing carrier details and unique tracking numbers is generated. Buyers are responsible for actively monitoring tracking updates to ensure timely receipt and clearance of arriving packages.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Regulations

For international dispatches across global borders:

  • Deliveries may be subject to local import tariffs, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and regulatory clearance fees levied by the destination country.
  • All local customs duties, clearance charges, and import taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the recipient.
  • We hold no liability for international packages delayed, detained, or rejected due to local customs inspection procedures or unpaid import assessments.

Address Accuracy and Undelivered Shipments

Buyers must ensure complete accuracy when entering shipping addresses, business recipient names, and destination contact numbers.

  • Shipments returned to the warehouse due to incorrect address entries, refused deliveries, or uncollected carrier holding notifications may incur re-shipment fees and return freight charges.
  • Initial shipping costs associated with failed or returned deliveries due to buyer error are non-refundable.
